Early lathe turned wooden bowl, possibly 19th century, finely painted with morning glories, butterfly and nest of baby birds. The bottom and lip are painted with gold. The paint appears to be oil. A string has been attached along the back for wall hanging.
Condition: Very good antique condition with some surface marks and two stress cracks along the bottom of the bowl.
