Chip carved tramp art finial, circa early 20th century. This appears to be a fragment of a larger tramp art architectural construction that would have been very large scale. There appear to be no opening compartments.
Condition: Good overall. There are some minor surface marks and a couple of spots where glue or resin has pooled, but there is no obvious loss.
